Position (Summary)
职位概述
Being responsible for handle customer complaint and audit internal quality issues in production, quality control and quality standard set up for new project.. 负责处理客户投诉和审核生产过程中的内部质量问题，新项目的质量控制和质量标准的制定。
Responsibilities:
Main tasks
1. Liaise with customer for quality issues, handle quality complaint from customer in mass production phase. 与客户联络质量问题，处理量产阶段客户的质量投诉。
2. Set up and maintain quality standard. 建立和维护的质量标准。
3. In charge of quality control on serial production. 负责批量生产的质量控制。
4. Conduct internal audits as plan (VDA6.3, CQI-9). 按计划进行内部审核(VDA6.3、CQI-9)。
5. Monitor the preparation and implementation of quality control plan and inspection procedure. 监督质量控制计划和检验程序的制定和实施。
6. Support the APQP process. 支持APQP流程。
7. Arrange the customer audit on connection, reception and make corrective action reports. 应对客户审核，组织并完成整改报告的编制。
8. Drive continuous quality improvement, prevent the production and shipment of any defective products to customer. 推动持续的质量改进，防止任何有缺陷的产品的生产和出货给客户。
9. Generate monthly quality report by using statics methods, especially CoPQ figures tracking. 使用统计方法生成月度质量报告，特别是CoPQ数据跟踪。
Supporting tasks
1. Assist the leader to maintain the quality system (IATF16949). 协助领导维护IATF16949质量体系。
2. Establish a high standard of quality for the manufacturing. 为生产制造建立高品质标准。
3. Work with application and production team to identify cost reduction opportunities during the sampling and the production phases. 与应用和生产团队合作，在采样和生产阶段确定降低成本的机会。
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in engineering or material, at least 3 years of experience in quality management in automobile company.
本科及以上工程或材料相关专业，至少3年汽车行业质量管理经验。
2. Knowledge of CQI-9 and VDA6.3. 了解CQI-9，了解VDA6.3。
3. Knowledge of IATF16949，the IATF16949 auditor is preferred. 了解IATF16949，IATF16949审核员尤佳。
4. Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA
